We got a king suite for a great price. The room was really nice and had a kitchenette plus a nice separate kind of TV lounge area where the hide-a-bed sofa was. Plus a nice balcony. We stayed 2 nights for a great price and it's really close to basically everything, like less than 10 minutes from essentially anywhere you'd want to go. And the front desk staff were super friendly at check-in and check-out.
This is the best Comfort hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! Very clean pool, super polite and friendly staff at the front desk. The room is extremely clean and there is a jacuzzi as well. Highly recommend 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before this, I stayed at a Comfort hotel in St. Louis and it was the worst experience of my life.
Absolutely LOVED this hotel from start to finish. Beautiful, spacious room at a great price, friendly front desk staff (the blonde woman with the short hair deserves a raise and vacation!). Will be returning next time my family is this way.
We stayed here on our way home from visiting family. Will definitely bookmark to stay again in the future when going to visit family as Springfield is the half way point. Can’t beat the service, amenities and cleanliness for the price!
They let me in early after having difficulties with another hotel that I was not happy at. I was there for a funeral they're very caring and gave me a great price at that time. Awesome breakfast and great people nice hotel.
Great hotel close to downtown. Older hotel but very clean and in a safe location. The room was very clean ( smelled of baby powder) and well stocked. My only complaint is the toilet is VERY low to the ground and no assist bars are provided. I asked specifically when I checked in and the girl assured me all the king rooms had assist bars. Well there is one for the tub but not the toilet. Being so low, it is difficult for elderly travelers to negotiate. The mattress was very hard but that is personal preference. Breakfast was very nice with the main course changing daily. The breakfast attendant is not very friendly and I never saw a smile. She would bring refill items in and slam them down like" there!". Tables were not wiped down as guests left and she seemed had pressed to keep the coffee containers filled. Selections were good. Upon check out it was hard to find a clerk, so key cards were piling up on the desk. Would probably stay again if in the area.
This was our first stay at this hotel, and we were really impressed! The rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled fresh, making our stay very comfortable. The entire staff, including Amanda, was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. For the price we paid, you can’t beat what you get — spacious rooms, a pool, a fitness room, free breakfast, free parking, and even an evening complimentary drink and snack. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully provided. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!
